    I loved your comments about how the Govt is using social media to teach social media.  That has been a big push for me here at my company.  We are starting a program to teach our 3000+ independent retail stores how to use facebook and other social media tools to engage with their consumers.  It makes complete sense to set up a fan page like the http://www.facebook.com/government one for a resource for them.
