FIR Live #11: February 7, 2009
Content Summary: The recently-published Edelman 2009 Trust Barometer formed the principal backdrop for a wide-ranging one-hour FIR Live on BlogTalk Radio discussion on the topic of trust from the communicator’s perspective.
Discussion participants were FIR co-hosts Neville Hobson and Shel Holtz, special guest Richard Edelman, President and CEO of the Edelman PR agency group, together with listeners who called in to the live show with their questions as well as those in conversation in the FIR Live chat room at BlogTalk Radio.
Additional perspective on the discussion: full conversation and questions (plain-text file, opens in new tab/window) from the chat room.

Posted by Shel Holtz on 02/08 at 06:27 AMMine also crashed so I’ve been listening by dialing in. Maybe it’s a bug. what do you think?
